Bodega 40/40, Cuarenta Malbec 2022

The passion project of acclaimed Argentinian winemaker Lucas Pfister, Bodega 40/40 was created to celebrate the unique terroir of Lucas' home province of Ugarteche, Mendoza. Believing in minimum human intervention in both the vineyard and winery, Bodega 40/40 focusses on the most important part of any good wine - the grape itself. Cuarenta 2022 is a delicious natural Malbec which boasts all the classic flavours of blueberry, black plum and violet. Brooding, yet still retaining a lot of freshness, this is a wine to savour and very food-friendly. For us, there's no better pair than with roast lamb, or (if the sun permits) take it along to your next BBQ.
